Hands down best service provider for what can be an emotional and complicated situation. As owner operator, Ian Johnson responded immediately with professionalism and compassion. His service has been expedient to meet with the seller time line to sell the Home while maintaining attention to detail. As a Realtor, Im very grateful to have Ian as a team member on this project And will refer him and use him from here on!

Highly recommended service and company. Ian was super responsive, professional and thorough. I had an unexpected pest dropping problem in the overhead of my garage. Ian came out for a next day assessment and offered comprehensive service at reasonable prices. The difference is night and day. Best wishes to this great company!

"Called Bio One to clean up after evicting some mice from our kitchen and I would definitely recommend Ian and his company. He gave a quote over the phone and came out the next day. He was clear about what the service covered and completed the job to our satisfaction. He was thorough and even cleaned the side of our stove/range! He even charged less than the quote! (he said our place was not as bad as he initially thought it would be and the job didn't take as long either) Ian was friendly, honest, professional and did a great job!!! I would not hesitate to use Bio-One again, although I hope I never have to!"
